What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was clean and to a high standard, breakfast was lovely with options available. Superior room was stunning, clean and spacious. Could not recommend this hotel enough. First time to Fort William and would definitely go back to this hotel.

The view from the superior - with the price, I would expect a loch view but that is all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Cruachan Hotel. I would especially like to highlight the friendly staff.

Lovely location, helpful reception staff and clean comfortable room

The room was unbearably hot, but staff provided another fan, which helped considerably.

Beautiful hotel, receptionist very pleasant and helpful, food in restaurant was delicious, room clean, modern and very comfortable.

The location was very convenient and it was easy to walk to places that we wanted to visit. Room was clean and functional.

The room was very warm. It felt like the heat was on in the hallways even though it wasn't cold outside. We appreciated the fan in the room, but it was still a little too warm for us to sleep comfortably.

Walkable to Cameron Square. Clean, comfortable, bathtub instead of only a shower. Great customer service. Zobia (I hope I got that right) went above and beyond to take care of us.

It would have been nice to have instructions over the heater. We did not see the word “UP” on the smart key (old eyes) so maybe you could tell the guests upon check in.

Best views of the loch and mountains. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff at restaurant when we went for breakfast

Ce n’est pas un point négatif : tout est bien mais il manque un petit plus de charme que cet hôtel pourrait donner .
