What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
A well suited location, and easily to find way to all prime sightseeing areas. A very clean and tidy twin bedroom that we stayed for 3 nights with lake view outlook. Very present staff and good varieties of breakfast choice. A roomy spaces with sitting area inside the hotel, and ample car parking spaces too. I'll recommend to friends for future event.

Excellent hotel, great rooms and helpful friendly staff. Couldn't fault the food. Will stay again if in Fort William.

Everything was very good the staff, the accommodation, the room, the cleanliness throughout and the food was as good as it was the previous year I will be booking again for next year all being well. Thank you all for making it another perfect stressfree visit. Looking forward to seeing you again next year👍

The friendly attentive staff, super clean hotel. We had an evening meal at the hotel and it was excellent.

Attentive friendly staff at meal times. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Rooms immaculate.

I would like to have been able to buy a coffee or a alcohol drink at lunchtime in the lounge as the location was ideal.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food, both dinner and breakfast was delicious. My room was clean, neat and calming. thank you.

My friends needed help - the building is not particularly suited for anyone with a mobility need.

Perfect hotel, staff and location. I loved everything about the Cruachan Hotel. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady who made myself, husband and daughter feel so welcome. The hotel is immaculate and the room we were staying in 136, had a wonderful view of the loch. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We had dinner in the restaurant and I can honestly say, it was amazing. Myself and my husband had curry and the presentation and taste is the best I've ever experienced. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of fresh hot and continental food available. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Cruachan Hotel for a wonderful experience and I will return.

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean hotel. Modern interior, traditional exterior. Breathtaking views of the Loch.

Bus routes were a bit odd. We found the best way to get around was by taxi.

Both the locations and hotel was good the restaurant staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful
