The Cruachan Hotel is located immediately opposite Loch Linnhe on the A82, Glasgow to Inverness route, just 3 minutes south from the centre of Fort William. Limited guest car parking is available within the grounds, and just along the road at the West End roundabout, there is a large municipal car park.
Approximate driving times are one and a half hours from Inverness and two and a half – three hours from Glasgow.
The bus and coach station stands adjacent to the Fort William Railway Station – approximately 5 mins. by taxi to the Cruachan Hotel (roughly 1 mile if walking).

By Coach:
City Link operates a daily service to Fort William.
By Rail:
Scotrail runs a regular service from Glasgow Queen Street along the famous West Highland line. There is also a sleeper service available from London.
By Air:
The most convenient airports are Inverness (70 miles) and Glasgow (100 miles). Car hire is available at both airports.
