Tariff
For the best rates, check out our online booking or call us direct. All prices are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of breakfast. Room rates are subject to change without notice.
Booking
Your name, email, contact number address and credit/debit card details are required when making a booking online or over the phone. The hotel cannot accept or acknowledge a booking without the above details. The Cruachan Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit/debit card up to the full booking amount, seven (7) days prior to your arrival. Non-authorized cards will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation. The pre-authorization is not an actual transaction charge, however, it temporarily reduces one’s credit limit.
Charges to your credit/debit card only apply if :-
- You have failed to cancel in advance.
- You have not settled your account in full.
- You have caused damage to the hotel or its property.
Group Bookings
When booking for 6 rooms or more different policies and additional supplements will apply.
Group bookings cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 5 Rooms: 2 days of cancellation period required
- 6 – 10 Rooms: 1 week of cancellation period required
- More than 10 Rooms: 3 weeks of cancellation period required
Child Policy
- Child (under 4 years old) sharing the existing bed with both the parents stay free of charge.
- Child using the crib bed stay free of charge.
- Children over 12 pay adult rates.
Cancellation Policy
Any reservation cancellations or amendments should be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of their arrival before the check-in time i.e. 3:00 pm. Failure to cancel a room before this will incur a charge equal to the full price of the stay.
Checking In
Rooms are ready for guests from 3:00pm.
Checking out
Guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am.
Early check-in & Late check-out
An early check-in and a late check-out option is available to all our guest at an extra cost of £10 per hour. The hotel may refuse to provide this service if it has not been arranged and approved by the hotel in advance.
Pets
We regret we are unable to take pets.
