Fantastic hotel which we booked on arrival to Fort William. The staff were all amazing. The evening meal was outstanding so was breakfast.

I can only say . I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Good location, and good quality all around. Very good staff and good food. . I will be back.

The room was excellent clean and well equipped breakfast was amazing the staff were wonderful especially Anastasia we couldn’t have asked for anything more

The hotel is exceptionally clean with spacious rooms. The en suite was clean with plenty of room in the shower for a disabled person like myself. The breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and presented and the evening meal I had the night before was excellent.

The lady on the front desk and staff were really good. Great location.

A well suited location, and easily to find way to all prime sightseeing areas. A very clean and tidy twin bedroom that we stayed for 3 nights with lake view outlook. Very present staff and good varieties of breakfast choice. A roomy spaces with sitting area inside the hotel, and ample car parking spaces too. I'll recommend to friends for future event.

Everything was very good the staff, the accommodation, the room, the cleanliness throughout and the food was as good as it was the previous year I will be booking again for next year all being well. Thank you all for making it another perfect stressfree visit. Looking forward to seeing you again next year👍

The friendly attentive staff, super clean hotel. We had an evening meal at the hotel and it was excellent.

Attentive friendly staff at meal times. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Rooms immaculate.

I would like to have been able to buy a coffee or a alcohol drink at lunchtime in the lounge as the location was ideal.
