What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
This was our second time staying at Cruachan hotel. Following our first visit we knew this would be our hotel of choice for future Fort William visits. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Had a loch view room which didn't disappoint. October visit and the room was lovely and warm. The bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. We love sitting in the bar, with it's stunning view overlooking the Loch. Food is lovely and being offered the choice of dinning in the bar as well as the restaurant is great.

Nothing at all, only.that it was only two nights would have loved to stay longer

Very high standard of room fittings. Super helpful staff. Perfect location within a very short walk to restaurants and shops in Fort William. And plenty of on-site parking.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Would love to have sampled the breakfast but an early start to secure parking at the Ben Nevis visitor centre precluded this.

Rooms were large and hotel was spotless. Loved having a bar and restaurant on property!

Outstanding accommodations and restaurant! We travelled in Scotland for a week and this was far and above the nicest place we stayed.

A very neat and well-maintained hotel, beautifully situated and very close to the city center. The rooms were excellent and very clean. All in all, a prime location!

Peaceful, rooms very clean, loved the view across the lake.

The heat in the dinning room. Far too hot even on cold wet days.
